Alpha Remote Access, the industrial remote maintenance module, has been especially developed for easy remote maintenance of the ASTalpha, HASTalpha and HAFSTalpha controllers.
With the installation of the add-on module at customer locations, users have the option of having the OLIGO surface controls team of experts in the service technology area carry out remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of the control system via remote maintenance.
The only requirement is a smartphone with hotspot function to connect to the Alpha Remote Access to establish a stable LTE network. Our technicians do not need to be on site in person for maintenance, which significantly reduces the support costs.
